Hi there! My name is Makenzie. I am 21 years old, and a recent graduate from Western Washington University. I have my B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, which is the prerequisite for obtaining a degree in Speech Langauge Pathology (speech therapy). Due to COVID-19, my post-graduation plan for employment was put on hold, and now I am looking to stay involved working with kids for the time being. I love kids of all ages and abilities. I have extensive experience working with children with special needs, as well as infants and typically developing kids of all ages. I love teaching through play and supporting kids in their education (especially now that it is online!). In my free time I like to hike, bike, and do all the outdoor pacific northwest things!
