Hello, my name is Dominique Noyers, I am 26 years old, and I've been in childcare for almost a decade! I got my start in this line of work at the YMCA and have always known I've wanted to work with children. I went to Western Washington University and earned a Bachelors in French with the goal of eventually going into teaching. During my time at the Y I became a site-lead for a program with over 30 kids. After university I worked as and english teaching assistant in France working in preschool classrooms all the way up to 8th grade. After beginning work as a nanny during the pandemic and subsequent quarantine, I realized how much I enjoyed getting to work one-on-one with kids and working with parents to build safe, vibrant and enriching learning environments for their children. I've worked in large group daycare settings, so I'm great in stressful environments. I've had to plan enrichment and educational curriculum for kids ages 4-12 years old. I have a college degree and I speak 2 languages!
