Hello! I have had the joy of helping children grow for over 20 years! I back up my experience with specialized newborn training to help your infant get their sleep and nutritional needs met. I adore babies, and even have experience independently caring for premature twin newborns. I love working with parents to create an environment of safety, love, learning, and fun for children. I can help soothe your little baby, feed, change diapers, do tummy time, massage, bathe, monitor milestones, read stories, and sing. I help parents establish a feeding, sleeping, and waking schedule for when am and am not present, as well as overnight, to help babies learn to sleep through the night. I track feeding, sleeping, and diapering and communicate this to parents, via apps or written on paper. I am calm, patient, friendly, and excited about spending time with your baby. I can also provide overnight Read more care, gently guiding your baby into sleeping through the night. I am currently using my skills to care for newborns under 4 months old. My optimal position will be about 30 hours/week, but I have flexibility. In order to focus on children and offer the best childcare I am happy to help out with household help related to children only. For example, I will happily wash and fold your baby's laundry but not parents' laundry. I will help out with Mother's items relating to baby, like pumping equipment. My ideal position will be about 30 hours/week 3-4 days/week so that I will have time to take care of my hobby farm in Carnation. I have a lot of flexibility for the right family, my job satisfaction is a high priority in my life so if you have different needs contact me anyway and we'll see if other areas match up well enough to happily compromise.
