I started caregiving when I turned 12yrs old and watched a lot of my younger cousins or family friends. Since then I have continued to broaden my knowledge and skills with working with children and have done a variety of child care. I love being able to engage with children and become their friend. I feel it is important to pay attention to them and help them feel seen and cared for by being fully present while watching them. I know first aid and CPR and am quick to respond to any form of emergency. I previously was a lifeguard and swim instructor, so I have knowledge and experience when it comes to water safety. When working with children I do my best to create a fun loving environment where they are able to express themselves and grow.
