Hi there! I currently attend Bennington College in Vermont where I study music and art. I began nannying at age twelve and continued throughout high school, as well as taught dance and art and worked as a camp counselor, serving children ages preschool through sixth grade. I currently teach art classes at an elementary school near my college. Growing up in Seattle exposed me to diverse communities and the thrill of city-living. I attended a Waldorf school, which emphasized art, music, and spending time outdoors. My teachers and parents raised me to value kindness, education, and self-expression. These values are now the foundation of my work with children. I understand the importance of empathy, patience, and maintaining a positive attitude when working with children. I am passionate about lifting others up and encouraging children to show up as their best selves.
