  I am an experienced nanny who is reliable, trustworthy, healthy, active, and believes in nurturing with lots of love.  While being a kid at heart, I can bring a mature, fun, and nurturing touch in caring for your children.  My disposition is a patient, nurturing, caring, and positive one. I have been a nanny for three children for 2 1/2 years.  When I began, the girl was 3 so we spent most of our time together while the boys, 5 and 8, were in school.  She loved to go to the park and swing, play on the play equipment, and feed the ducks.  On rainy days, we would be inside playing games, reading, baking cookies, playing dress-up, coloring and doing crafts, and having a quiet nap time.  When the boys were out of school, we would go on special outings, play outside (weather permitting), or play games inside.  My experience also includes caring Read more for twins.  On occasion I care for two two-year-old adopted children and their six-year-old sister who has special needs.  From the age of 9 years old, I cared for my infant baby sister while my parents worked.  Through my teenage years, I had several babysitting jobs and have also had the joy of caring for three nephews and one niece as their "auntie". I especially love caring for infants and the playful and loving toddler age.  It is my belief that quality time spent with children nurtures their education, security, trust, confidence, and overall well-being.  I am a college graduate with a BA degree in Christian Education.  My mission as a nanny is to partner with parents in actively promoting the optimal development of children in my care.  As a parent, you need the peace of mind in knowing that your child is in good hands.  I would endeavor to give you that confidence. My husband and I live in Covington with our little 4-year-old shih tzu-bichon friese mix dog, Missy, so I am comfortable with pets.  I have my own transportation and am a non-smoker.  I am a Christian and attend church in Bellevue.  You can count on me to be reliable.  Upon request, I can provide excellent references.  My schedule is flexible.  I am available for immediate hire.
