Hello everyone! My name is Yasaman, Yasi for short, and I am looking to become a part-time nanny or babysitter in San Diego while I am on summer vacation! I am currently a third year student at San Diego State University pursuing a bachelors in Business Marketing. I am looking to lend a helping hand to the families that need assistance with their children during this busy time of year. Throughout middle school and high school I volunteered at my old elementary school, Louisa May Alcott Elementary School, as a teacher's assistant for my old Fourth Grade teacher, helping him with his students ages 7-8. I have volunteered at many events for Alcott Elementary such as Halloween festivals, school plays, etc. Through my first few years of high school I worked as a dance teacher's assistant helping teach dance students ages 6-10 and was a peer tutor to children with Read more special needs for two years. Throughout the past year I have helped take care of my best friend's younger brother and younger sisters (ages 5+). Over the past year I helped a family (that I met through SitterCity) with their 7 year old son throughout the course of September-December. I love kids and their health, safety, and comfort are my main priorities. I am prepared to help in any way necessary whether it is driving them around, picking/dropping them off, entertaining, etc. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you all soon! Yasi Abbassi
