I have managed potty training, cloth diapers, and taught the younger of the two boys I nannied to read, recognize shapes, and colours. I am a non-smoker and have reliable transportation to and from engagements, at this time I am not offering to pick up/drop off of children. ***IMPORTANT: I have a badly broken leg and cannot put weight on it until mid-December; I largely don't need accommodations. The last three summers I’ve been a camp counselor in Arizona and loved it! My favorite days at camp were swim days, I used to be a swimmer and the pool was fun for the kids. From this experience, I learned a lot more from my campers than I expected to. For instance, on a trampoline field trip, a bunch of my campers taught me to front flip (I didn’t have much say in the matter but I’m still glad they encouraged me) I am first aid/CPR certified as well and have experience with children who have disabilities. I have a sister with a disability (CDLS) and grew up helping take care of her. In Arizona I received article 9 training and have a finger print card. I currently go to college in California and am working towards being a nurse practitioner.
