I have 27 years of teaching experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. I taught for 23 years in a full day program where I lead toddlers, preschool, pre-k and school age in a full day childcare program. A majority of my time there was with the pre-k age group and I recently taught kindergarten and pre-k in private preschool setting. I have several certificates from the ECE program at Edmonds Community College, including an endorsement in infant and toddler care. I believe in creating experiences that allow children to learn through exploration of materials in a hands on way that is right for their stage of development. In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, camping, music and anything arts and crafts!
