Hello! My name is Lonna. I am currently looking to work in the kids industry for full time and long term. I have done multiple jobs in the past from Beauty Advisor, Security, Hiring Manager, and Operations Manager. I would have been a Preschool/ Kindergarten Teacher in September 2021 but decided to pre-sue the opportunity to become an Operations Manager temporarily for the experience. I’m grateful to have gotten to learn many skills from banking, vendors, customer service, hiring, training, etc. Most importantly I got to hire and train staff onto how to work in a kids club room. I was in charge of making sure staff passed background checks and got to work with different kids and learn what they need.
