I have had pure joy and happiness whenever I am around children. Their outlook on life could teach all of us. I got my BA in ECE with minors in Psychology and Family Relations. I have taught children all of my life and it is truly what makes me happy. I take their social, emotional growth as well as their educational experiences to great lengths. I am a firm believer in the child centered, child focused, individualized approach. Each child is unique and learns differently. I learn as much about the child's likes and needs to facilitate the best environment and approach. I value parent feedback and welcome it. Your child is your most prized gift in this world and I make it a point to do everything I can to make their way in this world as fun as possible while learning both from a traditional standpoint as well Read more as a more openminded, outside of the box as possible. I believe social skills are highly underestimated in that social skills are a necessity to navigate life in the future. I love to just love and enjoy the children and make sure they feel safe, confident and have fun so they can not just survive our world but to thrive in it. I have taught/cared for, children from 1 week old all the way up to middle school. I have taught and nannied as well having a very fulfilling experience in both. I want to get back into being a nanny because I feel that I can do the most benefit to children in a smaller more personal setting. I have a 14yr daughter who came with me on all my jobs since she was 9mos old.
