I am originally from Illinois, but I dropped out of college when I was 19, and moved cross country to Arizona for a fresh start. I have lived here for three years and met my now husband. We honeymooned in AK and fell in love with the PNW vibe (we adore rain and cool weather). I used to work for a public school district for many years. I have previous experience working in the infant/toddler room and school age children at La Petite Academy Daycare. I am CPR and First Aid certified, which I believe is a plus point, since handling children requires a sitter to be prepared for unforeseen circumstances. I am able to drive children to school and accompany them at medical appointments. I am well-versed in performing housework related to childcare, including washing clothes, cleaning up after meals, and tidying up play areas. I don't mind planning and preparing nutritious meals for children according to their tastes and nutritional needs. I'm fluent in English and Spanish. I don't mind pets at all!
