Nia has been helping us out with our special needs 8 year old for the last 1-2 weeks. Primarily before school care and transportation. So far, she has been incredibly helpful and our son enjoys her care and companionship greatly. Her hourly rate is fair for the area we are asking her to drive to (our home/school) and she is also wonderful with our dogs. She occasionally assists us with some light housework which has also been tremendously helpful.
