Experienced nanny/family assistant looking for a long-term position in South Whidbey! About me: I have several years of experience working with children and families as a nanny, toddler teacher, family advocate, center director and personal assistant. I have excellent references from previous employers. What I'm looking for: 25-30 hours per week paid "on the books" with guaranteed hours. My rates start at $25 per hour. I have a 3yo son who would need to accompany me - he has accompanied me to work in the past and provides great built-in socialization! Philosophically, I lean toward RIE/respectful parenting. I love encouraging exploration, independent play and focusing on social emotional development. I have also worked as a family assistant and am happy to do agreed upon household tasks such as tidying, dishes, laundry, errands and light food prep.
