I have worked with infants since as long as I can remember, both paid and volunteer experience. I've worked with various age groups, but infants are my area of expertise. I was employed as an early childhood educator for 8 years, the majority of which was with infants aged 4 weeks to 14 months. I have had continuing education through the Idaho Stars program, as well as over 16,000 hours of on the job experience. Along with daytime childcare, I have cared for infants and toddlers overnight both in my own home as well as at the family's home. I have been working as a postpartum doula for the past three years. Families who have multiple births are my niche. I love helping teach parents the “tricks of the trade.” Adapting to more than one baby at a time is no small feat. Learning how to mulitask and find a Read more schedule that works well are just a few of the ways that I can help make this time easier. Working with babies brings me such joy. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the families for which I provide care, as well as learning their infants.
