I have worked professionally with children for 11 years now working with infants up to age 12. I have experience working as a nanny, as an assistant teacher at a daycare, and a first and 3rd & 4th grade co-teacher at a private school. I not only have many years of hands on experience working with children, but have also completed my Child Development Associate, finished a number of trainings/have many college credits in Early Childhood Education. I find it rewarding being able to be part of a child's growth, learning, and to be a positive role model in their lives. Within the last 7 months, I have been blessed with a daughter of my own and I've been lucky enough to stay home with her since she was born.
