Hi, I'm Holli. I've worked with kids professionally since 2006. I stated working in a Montessori school, then became a nanny. I love watching kids learn and grow, and have always developed strong bonds with the children I've cared for. I believe a nanny is not just an employee, but also a part of the family, and would like to find a family who feels the same. I want to be teammates with the parents, with open communication on any issues with the child or children, and work together to find solutions that work for everybody. I love reading books, doing puzzles and playing games, getting outside and going on adventures, and exploring the world with kids. I love having fun, but I also believe in setting age-appropriate guidelines for children, and giving them age-appropriate responsibilities (which kids not only benefit from, but they also enjoy!).
