Hi. My name is Kate, and I co-parent my 11 yo son. I was a full-time mother from his infancy until my recent separation in February. Because I was a hands-on mother, I feel comfortable caring for children from infancy until Elementary-age. I took care of all my son’s basic needs like laundry, nourishment, bath-time (when appropriate) as well as his social needs (trips to various parks, playgrounds, library story times, or playing with him at home). I also have library experience, and I’d love the chance to read to or with your child. I am a Playwright and Playwriting Teaching Artist for Middle School students at Youth Theatre NW and Village Theatre (Kidstage) so I am comfortable with varied personalities and backgrounds. I consider myself patient, kind, fun, and nurturing. Ideally, I’m looking for part-time work within about 10 miles from where I live.
