My name is Bailee. I am starting the Masters in Couples and Family Therapy program at Seattle U this fall and looking for a part-time position where I am able to help support a family in the afternoons and evenings. The majority of my childcare experience has come from working at YMCA summer camps for the past three years. I started as a camp counselor and have grown each year so that I am now a site supervisor. As a camp counselor I learned about group management, conflict resolution, and how to create a safe and fun environment. As a Unit Leader (the position I held my second summer) I learned how to plan activities for different Read more ages, execute daily agendas, and respond in high stress situations. This past summer, I got to interact with parents, coordinate with other YMCA departments, and work with my team to create a culture that the campers looked forward to being a part of. Before my time in Seattle, I also held a position as a personal trainer at the University of San Diego where I obtained my BA in Psychology with a double minor in English and philosophy.
