Hello there! My name is Brittany. I grew up in southern California but I am a true Washingtonian. I moved here to take care of my aging grandmother. I have a dog, cat and two pet rabbits. I love animals so if you have any I will probably be playing with them too! My nanny experience started for a family with three spunky boys! Ages ranging from 6 months old to 10. I would come in early and wake the children up, feed and dress them for school or the day depending on their age. Dropped them off at the bus stop. I was with one child during the rest of the day and we played learning games and ate breakfast together. He usually napped before I picked up the other boys up from the bus stop. I did light house cleaning and folding laundry when their was naps, or Read more I even got the kids into picking up with me as a rewarding game. When the older children got home from school I made them healthy snacks and helped with their homework for the week. Usually we played some sort of board game, outside, or did a art activity after. Depending on certain situations I would cook dinner if mom was running late. I would also do sleep overs too if mom wanted to have some mommy time! I love children very much and I love the feeling of teaching someone and impacting their lives for the better! I hope to hear from you us and have a bless day!
