Hi, My name is Hannah! I am a 21-year-old college student. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and former nanny. I am currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts degree. My passions include building relationships, continuous learning, and children. These are things that bring me joy and purpose. I had the wonderful experience of being a full-time in-home nanny for an Infant for a year and a half. I have also been a weekly volunteer at an in-home daycare for 4 years. I worked as a CNA and did daily care for my grandmother for 4 years, and I have worked as a CNA as an in-home caregiver for seniors. My experience, education, background (my parents are both teachers) and formal training has given me these skills and attributes that I will bring to you: Develop positive relationships; provide compassionate individualized care; adapt to individual needs of families and children; Read more problem solve under pressure; CPR, First Aid Certified; continuously individualize play and learning; laundry, organizing, cleaning; diaper changes; transportation to and from activities and appointments; and cooking and baking (I love baking cookies and bread!). One of the most important things I have learned through my experience is the importance of trust in any caretaking job. I understand the vulnerability of trusting your loved one’s care and home to someone is incredibly hard. I take this level of responsibility seriously and with great care.
