Chères families! My name is Ale :) I am a recent graduate at UW (2022) with a degree in Psych. minor in Indigenous studies and interdisciplinary arts. This most recent year, I joined a family in Paris to care for their 5 and 2 yr old with mom and dads busy work schedule. I adored being of support for this beautiful and kind family, I learned so much about gently nurturing an environment for littles ones who are active! Collectively we were focused on freedom of expression, exploration, independence and acknowledging sensitive periods where there is so much curiosity as they are developing. Both the children attended Montessori schools, and I became very familiar with the structure.
