Hello! My name is Emerson, some people call me Shawn. I am a 19-year-old male, with lots of experience in childcare both paid and unpaid. Ever since I was about 13 I have been caring for children, I have younger siblings, and my parents did foster care whilst I was still living at home. I was a nanny for about 2 years for an at-the-time 1 thru 3-year-old, spending most of the day with him, given that his parents worked between 10-17 hour shifts. I know being male might put you off but given my experience I am confident I can give just as good care as my female counterparts.
