I have held three plus years of experience of working with kids as an Montessori School teachers aide, behavioral therapist, babysitter, and as a On-Call Temporary Nanny. Currently up to date on CPR/First aide. I am a firm believer in standing ground and staying true to your word and promise. One important aspect needed when working with children is consistency in not only actions but in words as well.
