-I’m 28 years old and have been doing childcare since I was a teenager. Four years ago I had my own child. I absolutely loved being a mother. During tragic circumstances, my toddler passed away. During a camping trip, a wildfire sprung on us unawares. My husband and myself almost died, and the smoke inhalation was too much for our son, who passed peacefully in our arms. The grief of losing my son is tremendous, but I have met with a psychologist and been given a clean bill of mental health. She said I process my grief in a very healthy manner and do not have ptsd. -I have lots of nurture to give, and currently nanny for two separate families who can give great references for me. -I like to bring art or science projects, or read books out loud, or bring the kids outside to play, or just Read more support whatever activity is going on that day. -I don’t wear a mask and I’m not receiving the Covid vaccine, I understand this is a polarizing issue so I’d like to be up front about where I stand.
