Hello! My name is Payton. I have just recently graduated from college and am looking for a job starting in May 2018. A little about me: The majority of my experience is with children from 10 months to 4 years old. It's my favorite age just because that's when you really see the kids' personalities develop. I especially try to encourage good and healthy behaviors at this time since it's a key developmental stage. For example, I steer clear from television, video games, etc. and instead try to play outside, do crafts, and other activities that allow me to engage with the children more. I also implement healthy meal prep daily. In my experience, I have discovered many ways of including healthy foods in meals (particularly mixed in other foods so the little ones can't pick it out if they see green!) giving kids solid energy without risking physical health.
