Hello, My name is Caitlin and I am a biochemistry major at the University of Washington. Most of my experience when it comes to children is due to tutoring older kids and college students in Chemistry, although I have babysat for elementary-age kids as well. I like the outdoors, cooking, crafts and animals. I am a patient and easy-going person. My belief is that children thrive when given a combination of positive reinforcement and the ability to explore their natural curiosities about the world around them, while still providing them with structure and good boundaries. Currently, I am looking for a job as a babysitter or nanny with somewhat flexible hours that can accommodate my own school schedule in the Seattle area because I don't drive.
