I moved to Seattle two years ago to go to the University of Washington to get my masters in studio art/sculpture. I am an artist, educator, and caregiver who loves connecting with students and kids through fun activities like art making, cooking, and outings. I've been a caregiver since I was a young teenager and started teaching while in undergrad. I have 5+ years of professional experience as an art educator at museums, for after care and summer camps through creative, educational non-profits, and even teaching art at the University level while in grad school. I've worked with students from ages 3-adults throughout my life and have most enjoyed working with young children. I admire them so much for their fearlessness and lack of self consciousness and truly think that bring around kids reminds people to feel confident in being themselves.
