Hi there! My name is Courtney and I am a graduate student, mental health advocate and future children & adolescent therapist. I am currently halfway through my Masters of Social Work program at Seattle University. I received my BA in Psychology from University of Washington, go huskies! I have worked as a behavioral health counselor at Eating Recovery Center in Bellevue for the last two years where I was a compassionate and firm figure guiding adolescents through their inpatient mental health treatment. This job developed my love for working with children where I cultivated bonds with children one on one but also managed the sometimes hectic nature of a group of up to 23 pre-teens and teenagers who need extra support. I love animals of all kind and would be happy to get to know your fur babies just as much as your human babies!
