I am a stay at home mom with a 3 year old boy. I have watched kids, collectively, for 17+ years. I have babysat since I was 11 years old and also have a Bachelor's Degree in Education. I currently watch 2 toddlers along with my son and have the availability for more children. I believe kids learn the best by playing and exploring. We certainly do a lot of that in my home. I have a fenced in back yard and so we are outside quite a bit. We have lots of outside toys for kids of a lot of ages; sandboxes, slides, water tables, chalk, power wheels, bikes and more. I love watching kids learn and grow. We do lots of crafts to work on fine motor skills and have a small amount of time in the morning that we do calendar for some academic work. Otherwise, it's mainly play and exploration. I chose to stay home with our son so I could be here to raise him and I wanted to open up my home because I know so many that are not able to do the same.
