Hi! My name’s Antoinette, but you can call me Nettie. I am currently a freshman attending Western Washington University to eventually receive my doctorate in Psychology! I have always loved working with kids and have had the role of a babysitter as my first sibling was born when I was eight and two more after that. I volunteered at a Montessori school for the summer when I was living in Montana and loved helping take care of those kids. I love drawing, painting, playing piano, singing, and can cook a pretty decent meal if I do say so myself. I am used to caring for infants up to about twelve year olds. Nettie worked as a full-time nanny with our family for 3 months, since my son was 2.5-months old. Unfortunately, she moved across the country and we had to part ways. She is a caring, energetic, and reliable individual with great communication skills. She always asked questions and notified me if she observed anything different in my son’s behavior. Nettie kept a detailed daily log with my son’s nap times, meals, and diaper changes. She also managed to keep my son happy during the day and our house in working order. I would highly recommend Nettie for a nanny position for children of any age, including newborns. Knowing that newborns are especially precious and vulnerable and that parents need to be very selective with the child care providers, you can trust Nettie.
