I have personal experience (babysitting family friend kiddos, neighbors and my own), I was a lifeguard and swim instructor for preschool down, also I was a worker for a daycare on JBLM working in the infant and preschool rooms. I also have previous experience with working with kids with mental disabilities (autism)!
