I have worked with children in various settings for the last thirty years : public or private preschools and childcare centers, including 7 years running my own licensed family daycare; and after school programs both public and private. I completed 3 years at University of California, Santa Cruz, and 32 units of Child Development courses at Pasadena City College (transcripts available upon request). For the last fourteen years, I've worked as a nanny and household helper in private homes, and very much enjoyed playing with and tutoring the children while developing a caring, creative relationship with them. I also like working with pets! Letters of recommendation from my previous employers are available, and my most recent employer has left a rating on my site.
