I have had the pleasure of working in childcare for 6+ years. For the last three years I have been a nanny for two children(7 and 4 years old). I have worked in a Montessori preschool in the infant and toddler rooms. I have also been a lice removal technician, so I’ve got lice covered! I am a very easygoing, quick to laugh kind of caregiver. I’ve worked for many families and have experience with neurodiverse and disabled children. I love collaborating with the parents and I always ask what parenting books/styles you love so I can read them and incorporate your philosophy. It’s a team effort and I love being able to help around the house. If I have the ability to safely do light housework(dishes, sweeping, laundry, grocery shopping) while I’m working I always take the opportunity to do it! We all benefit from a clean(ish) work and Read more living space. There aren’t many jobs that call for as much arts and crafts, story times, park visits, and general goofiness as nannying. It’s such a rewarding job and I would love to get to know your family if you feel we may be a good fit!
