I'm Scout! I have about a year of experience working in childcare, primarily with toddlers and preschoolers. I use gentle parenting techniques and am very patient and calm. I love art and music and feel they're crucial to child development. I love working with kids and watching them grow as well as helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in life and be happy. I'm currently in college, working towards a degree in biology, so I'm more than happy to help with homework. I believe routines are very important for kids and am very punctual. I'm great with communication and will make sure to keep communication open and honest, hopefully going both ways and am always open to constructive criticism. If there are certain ways you like things done please let me know and I will follow that to the best of my ability.
