Hey there! My name is Scarlett & I'm a fun, creative, and outgoing individual! A little bit about me; I graduated from Washington State University Vancouver in December of 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Humanities with a major concentration in digital technology and culture and minoring in communications and psychology. I'm married to my childhood sweetheart and enjoy cooking, gardening, playing my piano and I have a small photography business taking portraits of families and couples. (Would love to take some photos for you!) We spend a lot of time with our families & we are looking forward to starting a family of our own, but for now have two kitty cats. I've had a lot of experience, 18+ years, working with children varying from ages of 6 weeks to 16 years old. I've always been a parents favorite and am very trustworthy and punctual. I spent some time in Read more Europe teaching English to children and adults in my early 20s. I have worked with many families in Vancouver and the greater Portland Metro area as a nanny and babysitter over the years. I find it to be key to make learning fun and engaging. And play time is definitely important (even for parents!). I like to take a page from Mary Poppins playbook and tote around a bag with fun crafts and activities for the kiddos I'm watching over. Safety is always number one as well and I'm an excellent communicator with both parents and children. I can help tidy up the home, help with homework (especially math!), get the kiddos ready for bed and cook dinner if needed. I am quite flexible. I am available to make your life easier and help care for your precious beings while you take care of business or enjoy time to yourselves!
