Please accept this application for your nanny position to care for your lovely children. I can definitely care in a way that is fun, adventurous, creative, nurturing, and safe. I love being with children of all ages and as a teacher and nanny highly value the relationships that I develop with children and their families. I also am a blessed mother with twins who are now 23. After serving as an elementary school teacher and principal for over 20 years, I decided to take early retirement on June 2019 due to the upcoming pandemic. Immediately, I became a nanny to a delightful family in Wauwatosa for a 6 month old girl and a 2-year-old boy. We had a great time doing fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning projects, playing outside, reading, snuggling, and going on daily adventures to parks, museums, art classes, etc. We built a strong and loving bond. Read more After some time, I had to leave due to a medical concern in my family. In late December, my family member’s medical concern was under control. I accepted a part-time offer from a Mequon family for a nanny position for before and after school care with their 6-year-old boy and 9-year-old girl in Mequon. I enjoyed these children very much. I planned daily science, art and craft, and in/outdoor activities for them and helped with homework competition until later in March when I needed to work full-time. I then served as a full-time nanny position for a wonderful 3-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl in Mequon. I was a distance learning coach/nanny for their 6-year-old girl due to the Covid-19 school closures and for three-year-old boy who was preparing for 3K. I incorporated projects, arts and crafts, science experiments, and many fun learning activities throughout the day as well as assisted and supplemented the kindergartener’s online remote learning from her teacher based on the girl’s academic needs. For the fall of 2020, both children were enrolled in a private school FT. In July 2020, I started caring for a very sweet 10 month-old girl in WFB. I loved planning developmentally appropriate play/learning/art projects. When she was 2 years old, her parents wanted her to go preschool to socialize. Then I cared for a 10 month old and was a substitute teacher for 5 months. I am a very energetic, organized, active, hardworking, gentle, and loving. I am Covid vaccinated and boosted. I am certified in first aide and certified in infant and child CPR. We have lived in Cedarburg for 18 years.
