Hi there! My name is Marissa McPherson and I’m a 21 year old senior at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where I am studying Criminal Justice and minoring in Psychology (graduating May 2026). Through my psychology classes, I’ve learned a lot about child development, behavior, and learning patterns. Ive had hands-on experience both as a nanny and in daycare setting. I previously nannied for two kiddos during summer and winter breaks, and I worked in a daycare during those times as well, primarily working with infants through 2 year olds. I’m CPR and first aid certified, and I absolutely love working with children. Watching them learn and grow into their own little personalities is truly the most rewarding part of the job. I aim to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment that supports their development and helps them feel valued and cared for. I’m currently looking for a full Read more time position and would love to connect with a family who appreciates communication, consistency, and warmth.
