I currently care for a darling 2 year and 8 month old boy. I've cared for him since he was 2 months old. He was 2 months premature. I am both a mother and grandmother. Most people describe me a compassionate, loving, and empathetic. I love children, especially infants and toddlers. I enjoy teaching them to read and reading to them. If parents would like I enjoy taking them to age appropriate activities at the local libraries, swimming lessons and on nature walks to the parks. I also love animals and have experience in caring for everything from horse to gerbils. I am looking for occasional care opportunities since my little one has started preschool but I still pick him up from school 1 time a week and care for him 1 day per week and occasional weekend overnights. I have a car seat in my car always and a Read more crib in my home. I also have had CPR training and extensive experience caring for an adult stroke victim. References available upon request.
