I earned my LPN then RN then MS in 1990. I started out in Neonatal ICU then while obtaining my BSN I worked in Peds ICU and a pediatricians office. I started my RN nursing career on a pediatric floor in the Indian Health Service. I taught clinical skills on this same floor for the U of NM associates degree nursing students. Since that time I have worked in Children’s hospital as an ER nurse and rotated ss staff nurse through 5 Pediatic Urgent Cares for Childrens Hospital. Following my Peds hospital experiences I worked in Pediatric Home Health, a family practice clini and a home IV infusion national company where I resigned from Nursing in September of 2020. I am BLS certified and fully vaccinated against COVID. I just spent the last 3 months administering vaccines for covid, the majority being Pfizer for 5-11 year old and FLU vaccines Read more for all ages. I raised 3 lovely, successful now adult children. Infants and children have been my life since first babysitting at age 11. Today, my neighbors still ask for my help with sitting their newborns, toddlers and school age children. I have many references for you including my untarnished RN license which I plan to maintain at least another 3 years.
