Hello, My name is Kayla and I am a college student right now. I am attending the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire to become a Speech Language Pathologist, but I am originally from the Hudson Wisconsin area. I started babysitting when I was 11 years old, and have loved working with kids every since. When I was about 14 I stared to volunteer at the YMCA and I taught soccer classes for kids. That lead me to my fist job at the YMCA. I have worked in many different areas of the YMCA like the teen center, the day care area, and I have been camp counselor at the YMCA in the past. Through the YMCA I also had more opportunities to teach different types of classes to kids like cheer leading, basic tumbling, and different sports classes. One of the other benefits of working at the YMCA is that we Read more have to keep our CPR, AED, Oxygen, and First Aid certifications up to date so I have all of those right now. Through these experiences I have worked with a large range of kids of all ages.
