I am a Biochemistry major/ neuroscience minor turned stay-at-home mother. I tutored a 3rd grader during the pandemic with significant results (his standardized testing literacy score improved 74 percentile points in one year under my tutelage). I am watching him after school again this year, and would like to host another child at my home. I have an 18 month old daughter who we have converted the dining room into a play area for. We have a fenced-in half acre yard, 4 chickens, bees, and 2 cats. We live within walking distance of 4 parks, we regularly go to the children's museum, the zoo, and we have regular playdates with children her age.
