I am a patient and dedicated nanny with an extensive reading in to childhood development that I have used with my own daughter. I am very familiar with nonviolent, positive discipline, especially in under threes, and in childhood developmental stages and norms. I am intelligent and playful and willing to give any child or children my full attention. I am looking for a professional relationship with the family I work for and to work with them in providing the best care for their children as they see it. I love playing with younger children as they learn their world and teaching older children and seeing their creativity blossom. I do have my own two year old daughter who will be with me. She loves other children and babies and is very friendly and nonviolent.
