I have four children and have homeschooled all of them for some time. I have been taking care of children in different capacities for as long as I can remember. I started baby-sitting when I was 10 for my siblings and by 12 I had my own babysitting business in my community. Over the years I have worked in my church nursery and Sunday school. I have done respite care for foster parents, including taking care of the many children that my parents fostered. I have worked in elderly and dementia care and home caregiving for elderly and disabled patients. I have home schooled and cared for children overseas as a missionary. I have had training in CPR, caregiving, etc. in the past, however the certifications are not current.
