I have been working with kids since a very young age. I have always helped out with younger cousins and have also babysat for many families with children ranging from birth through age 12. I worked in a child care center as a teachers aide for 2 years working in different classrooms with children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years and after a year of school I spent the summer working as an assistant lead teacher in the school-age room where I helped plan field trips and daily activities. While attending the University of Wisconsin Stout I have also worked in an infant classroom, 2 year old room, and 3 year old room. I am CPR and first aide certified as well as have had SIDS and Shaken Baby Syndrome training, and Mandated reporter training. I love working with children and hope to continue that in my Read more future career. I am in my 2nd year at Stout where I intend to graduate with a bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I spent my first year and a half studying Early Childhood Education.
