Hello, my name is Anna. I just recently moved to the Los Angeles area from a small farming community in Wisconsin. I am the eldest of four; I have two brothers and a sister. Some of my qualities that make me a good nanny/babysitter are that I'm down to earth, imaginative, caring, and very trustworthy. And I've always been very "motherly" and have watched over my younger siblings since childhood. In 2011, I graduated college in communications (Summa Cum Laude) and then spend a year working at Walt Disney World. I then returned home to pay off my school loans, working two jobs. I was a bank teller (20 hours), and a nanny (30 hours) for two wonderful toddlers. There was a little boy who just turned one when I started and his older sister was two and a half. I watched from May 2012 through August 2013 and I Read more loved those kids dearly but had to say goodbye when I moved out here to Los Angeles. In regards to watching children, I love reading stories, playing games (and inventing some too), building forts, using our imaginations, playing outside, going on outings (zoo, park, library, etc.) and doing arts and crafts. I try to keep the "staring at a screen" to a minimum. I am comfortable cooking well-balanced meals and desserts, changing diapers, doing laundry, and light cleaning. I am also capable of tutoring school-aged children (I did some tutoring while in college). I am not certified nor had any “school” training, but I am willing to become CPR certified whenever necessary.
