Hi! My name is Kate. I have had children around me since I was 8 and became a big sister. Then again at 9, and 10. I loved helping with them, and watching them grow. Once I graduated highschool and had my child, I started college courses for early childhood education. When I had my second child I started in home daycare. I had other jobs in between these points in my life but always gravitated back to kids. For the last year and a half I've been a lead teacher at a daycare center. I mainly focused on birth to age 1, however I do work with all ages throughout the day from birth to 10 years. I am certified in all classrooms and in cpr and have taken abuse training amongst other in service type training with young star. I also have a 9yr old son with special Read more needs, so I'm comfortable with kids on all spectrums of life :) I'm looking to go part time at my current job and help someone with their children a couple of days a week.
