I am a school secretary at an elementary school and have worked for the school district for 10 years now. Summer time slows down quite a bit, and I’d like to offer my services working with children and away from paperwork and phones for a while. I’m involved with Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and spend a lot of time volunteering and helping with fundraising events. According to my family, I’m a great cook (i think i’m pretty good too), I love sports, value education, and love to laugh and have a good time. I am a mother of one 22 year-old amazing son. He is in the military now, and don’t get to see him as much, but we have FaceTime :). I’ve cared for various children of all shapes and sizes, ethnicities, disabilities and backgrounds. I work closely with our District Nurse and School Psych, and though I Read more will never diagnose, I am quite experienced and trained in situations where things can and do go wrong. I am not going to clean anyone’s house but my own. I am very organized and keep things tidy, and expect all of us to keep your home in good shape.
