I have been watching young children for many years. I started out by babysitting neighbors and cousins. I have worked in a daycare where I mainly worked with infants 5 weeks to 2 1/2 years of age, but am comfortable with older children as well. I am CPR/AED certified for infants and adults. I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Why I am looking to become a nanny is because I love to work with children and watch them grow. Children bring such happiness and are always willing to learn new things. Watching a child grow and see their personality take place is a very special and amazing opportunity. I love to encourage children to learn new skills, and each child teaches me something new as well. I do currently live in Wisconsin but I am willing and looking to relocate, but I Read more do believe that being raised and living in the mid-west has given me a different out look and way to go about life, which I believe sets me apart from most people. I am a fun and exuberant person who loves to learn new things and grow as a person. Again I love working with children and hope to make that into a career.
