I am very passionate about working with children. The last 5 years I have worked in the school district, and currently am an assistant teacher at the Woodson YMCA Childcare here in Wausau. I also love to nanny/babysit for my two adorable nieces monthly. Being around children and connecting with them brings me such joy to my life. I am a very hard worker and very genuine. One thing that fills my heart is all the compliments I get from parents and their children at my current job. . I currently do weekly lesson plans and craft projects to keep children motivated and engaged. I believe each child needs to be understood as an individual. Therefore, disciplinary actions can be different one on one.
